Facilities Maintenance is our Specialty
HVAC
We test climate control systems to check that heated or cooled filtered air is moving throughout buildings. We can provide a comfortable space for employers and visitors.
Generators
Power outages can occur due to severe weather, operational issues, and other reasons. Hire us to install and upkeep generators for backup power needs for your building.
Plumbing
We offer commercial plumbing services to maintain plumbing systems and help prevent emergencies.
Electric Car Charging Stations
Electric cars are becoming more popular, and many facilities are creating stations for employees and customers to charge their vehicles. We offer various charge station options that you can choose from for your site.
Lighting
We conduct light installations and efficiency evaluations to help facilities conserve energy and save money.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
We’ve installed multiple backup power supplies for facilities. Let us install UPS applications to keep your electrical systems functioning at their optimal performance.
Low and High Voltage Equipment
Facilities use low and high voltage equipment to powers small and large structures for sites. We maintain and repair voltage gear to keep electronic devices and appliances running smoothly.
*We provide additional support systems services as needed.
Our Specialty Services
Harrison Facilities Support Services takes pride in using specialized maintenance technologies for clients. We use Ultrasound Analysis, Vibration Analysis, and Infrared Thermography to identify faults in equipment.
Ultrasound Analysis
Ultrasound Analysis (UA) is a technological tool that uses sound to find potentially failing assets in appliances, such as steam traps and electrical connections.
We search and discover deficiencies in buildings for repairs before problems arise.
Vibration Analysis
Vibration Analysis measures displacement over time. The tool measures velocity to retrieve information about appliance failures, imbalances, looseness, and more.
We conduct this process by looking through a scanner with a light spectrum that locates hot spots or heat signatures to identify abnormalities.
Infrared Thermography
Infrared Thermography involves using a device to identify faults in equipment through heat measurements.
If the measurement is above average, the equipment has a circuit overload or loses connections. We identify possible issues to avoid system failures by adding more circuits.
Maintenance Strategies
Harrison Facilities Support Services offers three maintenance evaluations to determine deficiencies in facilities. Our methods prevent or reduce faults in systems before they become catastrophic.
Read more about Predictive, Preventative, and Reliable maintenance below:
1. Predictive Maintenance
We schedule Predictive Maintenance visits on an as-needed basis. We check the real-time conditions of equipment to identify any issues through Ultrasound Analysis, Vibration Analysis, and Infrared Thermography.
If we find any functions that aren’t operating at normal parameters after the evaluation, we schedule an appointment to repair the problem(s).
2. Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance is regularly scheduled check-ins. We plan these evaluations at specific intervals, runtimes, or dates.
We visit the facility to make sure that all equipment is running smoothly to prevent future breakdowns or emergency maintenance issues.
3. Reliable Maintenance
Based on a unique maintenance schedule, we perform Reliable Maintenance evaluations for equipment upkeep purposes.
We check for the durability and stability of the equipment.
